Executive Assistant Manager
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent professional qualification
- ± 8 years of experience in hospitality industry
- Has the drive and knowledge to achieve business results
- Good understanding of procurement functions, pricing strategies as well as sales & marketing methods will be an added advantage
- High level of integrity and professionalism Key Responsibilities: 
- Assists in the development and implementation of the Strategic Plan, Marketing Plan, Budget and Goals Programme to ensure on an on-going basis optimum guest satisfaction, sales potential and profitability
- Ensures highest level of guest satisfaction by providing within Corporate standards quality guest services and amenities
- Manages the functions of all hotel personnel through supervision of hotel department heads
- Ensures emergency procedures are practised and enforced to provide for the security and safety of guest and employee.
- Establishes and maintains effective internal communication and meetings structures to ensure optimum teamwork and productivity
- Establishes and maintains a prominent level of visibility and involvement in the property and in business, social and governmental communities as appropriate
- Demonstrate Awareness of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines Starting salary and benefits shall commensurate with candidate's qualification and experience. Job Description:

-Provide excellent customer service at the Information Counter

- Assist with taxi booking for customers
- Coordinate with security team on the arrival and departure of customers

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year experience in customer service related field
- Well versed in English, Bahasa Malaysia with excellent communication skill
- Proficient in Chinese is an added advantage
- Possess computer literacy and knowledge in using Microsoft Office

Job Responsibilities
As a restaurant manager you'll need to:
- Take responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant:
- Analyse and plan restaurant sales levels and profitability:
- Organise marketing activities. such as promotional events and discount schemes:
- Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week. including staff control. food control and sales:
- Create and execute plans for department sales. profit and staff development:
- Set budgets or agree them with senior management:
- Plan and coordinate menus:
- Coordinate the operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts:
- Recruit, train. manage and motivate staff:
- Respond to customer queries and complaints:
- Meet and greet customers. organise table reservations and offer advice about menu and wine choices:
- Maintain high standards of quality control. hygiene. and health and safety:
- Check stock levels. order supplies and prepare cash drawers and petty cash.

Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma. Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma. Bachelor's Degree. Post Graduate Diploma. Professional Degree. Hospitality/TourismtHotel Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia. Chinese. English
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
 - Willing to work on weekends. shifts and public holidays
