is seeking the following positions:

DIRECTOR OF SALES / ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF SALES
* Candidate must at least have 5 years experience in handling the sales, and
would ideally hold a Diploma / Degree in Hospitality.
* The responsibilities include overseeing the planning and development of
promotional strategies and marketing plans; oversee and assist with the
development and implementation of the sales plan; management of the sales and
has a good rapport with clients and industry peers.

DIRECTOR OF ENGINEERING
* The candidate must at least have 5 years of working experience in handling the Engineering department, and would ideally hold a Diploma / Degree in
Engineering.
* He/She is responsible for the efficient operations of the hotel property and all its equipment. ancillary maintenance and repair services and protection of the owners asset
* The candidate is responsible for structural aspects of the hotel as well as the maintenance of grounds and external facilities.
* He/She is responsible for the general cost control aspects of maintenance, the preparation of departmental cost budgets and their implementation.

SALES MANAGER (COMMERCIAL / RETAILS)
* Candidate must at least have minimum 3 years of working experience in
Property Management (Commercial Leasing / Retails.
* To support the Property Manager in formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of office tower, securing new tenants and liaising with property agents.
* Possess knowledge in property development and statutory procedures.
