1. Captain – banquet:Responsibilities:
- Master the event order in all aspect of banquets request is being delivered according to guests requests.
- Coordinates with guests on their function need and handles guests’ complaints professionally.
- Takes over the responsibility of being in charge of floor or functions in absence of a supervisor.

2. Banquet CoordinatorResponsibilities:

- To report any items found in the guestrooms or surrounding areas to Supervisor for immediate action.
