We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, highly self-motivated and result oriented individual to take up the role of a General Manager. The General Manager will be a business leader, with responsibility for the hotel operation including revenue management, sales strategy, budgeting, guest satisfaction, employee engagement and timely reporting. The General Manager is to work very closely with the Hotel owners and other stake holders.

In order to be successful for this role, candidates should possess a professional qualification in hotel/hospitality management, with a minimum of 5 years experience as a General Manager in the Hotel industry, preferably from a five-star rated Hotel.

We look forward for a natural leader, with excellent human management skills, diplomatic, passionate, and able to nurture the team and look after their needs. 1) MALAY CHEF
Job Description:
- Specifies standards of food production and presentation thought the hotel.
- Develop standards recipes and method of preparation for the specialties Malay Cuisine.
- Keep contact watch on food prepared in the Kitchen and Banqueting, checks receiving of goods.
- Assist the Executive Chef with the planning  and design of new kitchen and kitchen improvement schemes.

Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in supervising banquet operations and management.
- A good and supportive team player.
- Excellent English oral communications skills.
- Able to work shift, weekend, and public holiday.
- Excellent and perfect for an attendant.

2) BAKER (PASTRY)

Responsibilities:
- To prepare all ingredients for daily usage.
- To bake bread and to ensures the right quality of ingredients and weighed ingredients.
- Apply knowledge of baking and decorating equipment creatively & maintain the equipment and tools that they work with.

Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in Hotel operations and management.
- A good and supportive team player.
- Excellent English oral communications skills.
- Able to work shift, weekend, and public holiday.
- Excellent and perfect for an attendant.
- Able to work under pressure.

3) COMMIS I

Responsibilities:
- Ensures standard recipes are used and food is presented according to pictures.
- Helps to direct, control and Co-ordinate the activities of all Commis II and III, engage in preparing and cooking food to ensure an efficient, profitable and smooth food service at all times.
- Check maintenance of all equipment and utensils are clean and in working condition at all times.

Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in Hotel operations and management.
- A good and supportive team player.
- Excellent English oral communications skills.
- Able to work shift, weekend, and public holiday.
- Excellent and perfect for an attendant.
- Able to work under pressure.
