- Preferably with 2 - 4 years of culinary experience
or 1 - 3 years of Western culinary experience
6) Kitchen / Food Display Artist*- SPM / Diploma, with experience in buffet display, ice & fruit carving
- Ability to handle graphic design and backdrop would be an added advantage
7) Management Trainee**- Degree, interested in hotel operations and leading teams in future.
