Sheraton Imperial is searching for a proactive, skilled individual to manage its Faber Imperial Court Office tower.
OPERATIONS MANAGER (FABER IMPERIAL COURT/SHERATON OFFICE TOWER)
- Have very good managerial and administrational skills
- Excellent English communication in speaking and writing
- Sales & Marketing knowledge and capabilities in the property/retail space market
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management with tenants
- Possess knowledge in property development and statutory procedures
- To ensure buildings and services meet the needs of the tenants
- Able to implement strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of office tower
- Securing new tenants and liasing with property agents
