1. Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales targets assigned and provide sales statistics on weekly, monthly and accumulative basis.
- Posses drive to source and secure new accounts, and re-secure loss accounts.
- Generate new sales leads and maintain good relationship with clients and customers.
- Be committed to Company's core values and delivery of business goals.
- Manage corporate meetings, banquet events, residential and non-residential meeting.
- Responsible to generate maximum sales efficiencies while maintaining or exceeding target net sales -volume through managing the sales team.
- Develop, maintain and implement strategies and action plans for assigned market segments.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Maintain direct contact with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Make sales calls to both existing accounts and prospecting new business.
- Manage and negotiate account details and contracts so that all pertinent aspects of solicitation and closing are complete and documented.
- Ensure full maximisation of revenue potential through guest room, meeting space and banquet functions.
- Maintain a professional and personal image that upholds the resort standards of integrity, quality and service to customers.
- Supervise and mentor sales personnel.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the Hospitality/Hotel field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
- Posses own transport.
- Full-Time position(s) available.


2. Recreation Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for management of all recreation facilities in order to provide clean and safe opportunities for sport and recreation and promote a healthy lifestyle for all community residents and guests.

- Manage all recreation facilities and assist with sport, recreation and leisure programs in the community.

- Monitor the care and maintenance of any equipment and facilities in the community.

- Ensure recreation facilities are maintained in order to ensure a safe, clean and appropriate environment for recreation activities.

- Assist with planning and developing sport and recreation programs in order to ensure that activities and events are made available for all community members.

- Implement recreation programs to ensure that guests and residents have access to sport, recreation and leisure activities.

- Administer recreation programs to ensure that programs are delivered within guidelines and budgets.

- Promote recreation and sport programs in order to ensure that guests/residents are aware of available opportunities and activities.

- Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements:
-Diploma in Sports Science / Any relevant field
-Having Certificate/Skill in Emergency Response 
(i.e: CPR) is an advantage
-Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia
-At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the Hospitality/Hotel field is required for this position.
-Posses own transport.
-Full-Time position(s) available.
