Job Description:
- Handle inquiries and provide directions to customers
- Attend to telephone calls
-Provide excellent customer service at the Information Counter
- Act as Service Ambassador to the shoppers or tourists
- To promote the marketing events and materials
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time
- Assist with taxi booking for customers
- Coordinate with security team on the arrival and departure of customers
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year experience in customer service related field
- Well versed in English, Bahasa Malaysia with excellent communication skill
- Proficient in Chinese is an added advantage
- Possess computer literacy and knowledge in using Microsoft Office
- Pleasant friendly and willing to work on shift
- Customer service oriented and enjoy interaction with people
