We are seeking the following positions:
Director Of Sales / Assistant Director Of Sales
- Candidate must have at least 5 years' experience in handling sales and would ideally hold a Degree / Diploma in Hospitality.
- The responsibilities include overseeing the planning and development of promotional strategies and marketing plans; oversee and assist with the development and implementation of the sales plan; management of the sales and has a good rapport with clients and industry peers.
Director Of Revenue Management
- Candidate must have at least 5 years' international hotel experience in Revenue Management
- The responsibilities of Director of Revenue Management include maximizing overall hotel revenue while balancing profitability through implementation of an effective revenue management process and data driven facts, pricing strategies based on future demand, forecast and current trends
Sales Manager (Commercial / Retails)
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Property Management [Commercial Leasing / Retails)
- To support the Property Manager in formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of office tower, securing new tenants, segments and liaising with property agents
- Possess knowledge for property development and statutory procedures
